1. Environmental Policy 2025
This policy outlines KEMASPKG’s commitment to environmental protection and sustainable operations. It covers compliance with applicable environmental regulations in Indonesia, responsible waste management, energy efficiency, emissions control, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of environmental performance.
2. Business Code of Conduct 2025
This document serves as a general code of conduct for employees, managers, and stakeholders. It defines the standards for ethical business behavior, including integrity, respect, fair employment practices, workplace health and safety, conflict-of-interest management, anti-corruption principles, protection of company assets, and the reporting of misconduct.
3. Business Ethics Policy 2025
This policy sets out the Company’s core ethical principles and provides guidance for responsible decision-making in professional conduct. It emphasizes integrity, transparency, mutual respect, professionalism, accountability, legal compliance, the prohibition of forced labor and child labor, non-discrimination, anti-harassment, occupational health and safety, environmental responsibility, and anti-bribery commitments.
4. Supplier Code of Conduct 2025
This document defines the ethical and compliance standards expected from suppliers, contractors, consultants, agents, distributors, and other business partners working with KEMASPKG. It includes requirements related to legal compliance, environmental, health and safety practices, fair employment, anti-monopoly and anti-money laundering compliance, transparency, and effective reporting and corrective action mechanisms.
5. Whistle Blowing System (WBS) 2024
This document explains KEMASPKG’s confidential reporting system for violations or misconduct. The WBS is designed to support early detection of violations, strengthen transparency and accountability, protect the Company and its stakeholders, and provide secure channels for reporting matters such as fraud, abuse of authority, ethics violations, harassment, safety violations, and legal or regulatory breaches.
