Job Descriptions
- Costing Coordinator to support Sales New Project during Bidding Phase
- Work Closely with Procurement, Engineering, Sales, Suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure accurate review and prompt response to customer RFQ.
- Create Standard Production List for each Project to be controlled by Management, Production, Finance, and Quality
- Lead the facilitate inter-department communication to resolve outstanding technical issues in Costing Process
- Support Sales on Mature Part Cost Review and Cost Down Exercises
- Any other Ad-hoc Task Assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Good with Excel and experience with ERP system, e.g. BAAN/ SAP
- Good teamwork and project management skills
- Meticulous and accurate at work. Work well under stress
- Willingness to Learn.
